pileups with my weak signal I choose to run. There is little chance I can make
it to EU and the band is just too crowded above 1810. I find it easier to find
a quiet frequency below 1810 and I have more success there.

And the real situation is as follows - almost all participants in
contests from Europe and Asia cannot use frequencies below 1810.
We see that half of the participants are in unequal
In region 1 the frequency 1800-1810 is still allocated to Radiolocation,
