Not only is it on 3513.5 but, it is also on 1/2 that freq at 1756.75.
At 1900Z this afternoon I could hear on both frequencies. Same number of
signals in the pass band, about 6 or 7, and they seem to be modulated. I
was using AM
with +/- 6.6 kHz pass band. Later at 2100Z
