I'm planning on using some Dublin Core metadata elements.
However, looks like the metadata elements from the simple Dublin Core
Metadata Element Set (15 elements)  exist in 2 different places …
http://purl.org/dc/terms/ and http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/

I’m looking at the DCMI Metadata Terms document (http://
www.dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms).
On page 1-2, the Index of Terms table identifies properties in /
elements/1.1/ namespace as being “legacy”.
To me this implies “obsolete” indicating we should use the terms URI
(http://purl.org/dc/terms/).

Am I interpreting this correctly?
