Also, I am sending a public reply. The issue was that a character was
lower-case rather than upper-case in an schema location.
It was made more complicated by the fact that XMLSpy validated the XSDs
ignoring this error, and XML Schema import in TopBraid Composer issued
no exception.

like XMLSpy and making sure that it is syntactically and semantically valid.
