Barton, the message is stating that the script is undefined. Given that the
script URL is http:///endpoints#ModifyForm, it seems you need to
replace with the name of your server.

Thank you very much for the reply. I deleted the apply construct and I'm
able to debug the sparql motion successfully! Now, I'm getting the
following error when I try to hit it from the webservice url:
An internal error has been reported by the SPARQLMotion engine of TopBraid Live.
