Guil; Currently we do not test our products on Windows 2008, hence the lack of a supported platform designation. TopBraid Composer should work OK on Windows 2008, with possible caveats on making sure the workspace is in a folder that the TBC application has rwx access to. TopBraid Live should work as long as Tomcat 6.0 (6.0.28+ recommended) is used.
