Today I've released Version 2.1 of TheOnionBox, the Web Interface for your Tor Relay. The Box now allows to be run as a background service on init based Linux systems.
There's a HowTo in the Wiki that explains the steps you have to perform to setup your Box in that kind. Feel

First, I ran the module for coreos.com because it uses CloudFlare, but
the owner configured it to whitelist Tor. Indeed, only one out of 864
exit relays saw a CAPTCHA:

GoDaddy AS26496 is null-routing selected Tor Exits, presumably in
response to abuse originating from them. Know of two thus far

Possibly this incident is the result of some malware attempting to use
some sort of domain "fast flux" or DGA algorithm. Seems improbable
anyone would be dumb enough to try to DDOS GoDaddy DNS using Tor.
