Tried it 3 years ago with Hetzner (my first Tor relay) and they denied.

reassignments, for typical rented servers in the 50-100 Euro price
range. OVH does it for any customer, Hetzner does it for any customer,
regardless of price. (They are both not suitable for exits though)

most likely the only safe way to run a Tor client is as a bridge - they are by
default not recognizable as Tor node. But even with a bridge you'll still have
lots of unused ressources :)

In the past many times IP was blaclisted and afterwards I had several problems
with email delivery.
