Beside my relay, I'm also operating a bridge on another server.
I've recently installed obfsproxy, mainly for test purpose.
The obfs2 service is successfully registered (per log message) but, as
of today, I've never received any connection on it (iptables rule show
no packet to the ded

Cannot find the criteria right now, but if IIRC :
- You must have your node name and key associated for ~20 days.
- No other relay must have the same name during the last 6 months.
