Hi Gigi, Your ISP will need to update WHOIS Records for you as they own the IP Addresses. They, and only they, have that power. Get in touch with them and discuss your use case (in this case a Tor exit). Many providers are willing to work with you. As for recommendations, Scaleway, while not l
