Nope I have that installed. I know it is something wrong with let’s encrypt and
the CRL I have installed in the system. I’m just not sure how to fix it since
my system is up to date and my time is correct.

Webmin is very insecure and can mess up your config.

Webmin is very, VERY, insecure. I just used it on Hackthebox to hack a machine
(version 18.1.1 if I remember well). Avoid it at all cost.

First off that is not the issue at hand so stop! Also webmin is only accessible
from the inside or select remote IPs through my firewall. Once again the issue
at hand is the errors complaining about deb.torproject.org
