Do you know anything about the 55 Tor Relays called "Relay127001"?

They appeared around the 23rd of June 2016.
It looks like the relays have a self-signed HTTPS certificate called
"Nepenthes Development Team" on p

It's pretty strange all these, 40 at the number with the same name, relays
are online since 17 hours ago.. We should keep an eye on them...
