know who is connecting to it, if the new account does not link to you
personally. What you do with your gained anonymity is yours, I guess.

I've read the thesis and tried to understand the text parts. Having a
temporary secret so that each authority doesn't know what any other
authority voted for until the time for voting is up sounds very safe to me.

extension .exe and if that would be the case with TBB releases I would
also prefer to have a .zip file as it doesn't require third-party
