Depending on what tor version you are interested in you might also look
at prop 271 [1].

If you are lazy (you should be :) you might want to automate all that
(creating multiple tor instances, setting MyFamily, ...), here is an
ansible role to do just that (including OfflineMasterKeys):

Hi,
even though this is not directly about Tor I'm asking this question here
because I assume there are many privacy-conscious people on this list
and maybe someone has a solution for this privacy problem - or some
