Since it dont work with tor, I would like to see app like "Little Snitch" on
Mac for tor connections. It look like this:

Does anyone work on this type of app? What is some not GUI way of doing it now?

Yes but blocking and allowing per app. "Safari should connect by tor exit"

there is generally a serious lacks of high usable applications for
application sandboxing from both filesystem and network operations point
of view.
I hate advertising a commercial product, but Handsoff is a very good
example of highly usable/security application for Mac.
