I have the same issue. XP sp2. 4000 or so tracks in music library. I
have this problem intermitently with SqueezeboxServer-7.4.3-30236.
Normally when I rebooted the machine the problem occures (music all
there but Music Folder showing Empty). If I restarted squeezebox
server normally it is ok

touch. New covers won`t come at all, and many of the older covers are

so you're saying you are connecting the ipod itself to the TOUCH and the
TOUCH is using the IPOD as if the IPOD is a USB Disk. That's
interesting!! Didn't know that would work
