For the Touch you can do a factory reset by pressing the small reset
button on the back and holding it for ~15 seconds until the screen says
Restoring factory settings (or something like that). A factory reset
should also take care of the Radio, though I forget how to do that.

app from 'mysqueezebox' site and it appeared on my touch. Radio 2 works
just fine and I can operate it from my PC via the web site as well.

I had a similar issue. The way I resolved it was logging into
mysqueezebox.com and deleting device. While staying logged into
mysqueezebox.com I did a factory reset and went through setup again.
After I was logged in simultaneously on SBS and mysqueezebox.com for
awhile it synced up and I
