Then you can sync players I'm playing the same music in 3 rooms at my home rigth now. As Touch is running "SqueezePlay" just like a controller you can actually controll the SB3 from the Touch too even if they are not synced , Just got to the choose player menu it will list all players on the serv

if the syno has this in the web-gui good :) I'm just overdoing stuff sometimes I always used ssh to my touch/controlle/radio due to not wanting to turn off dhcp i found that simple to do. it is stupid that you have to turn off dhcp to get Touch to give you posibilities to use static ip, it just p

Yes USB has power issues far to many USB powered drives brake the specs or act up in other ways Using the Touch as server has other limits to as no web interface or plugins or transcoding. Some reading for you , note that some details may have changed, in true squeezebox spirit the documentation
