Yes. All it does is that the server will read the stream from TIDAL and proxy it as it is to the player. The "MP3" term there is wrong, it applies to all streams. It's what all players automatically do when you sync them because it's the only way to have the same stream going to all players, --

There is one more difference, though: some metadata will be stripped from the stream by the server, not sure whether this is what's causing the skips but I don't really think so because in that case it should affect all users, not just some. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remot
