Is at least one of the parts conected with ethernet the NAS for example
. Try with player wired to see if it gets better .
If you need to use the wifi investigate ways to improve it .

Running LMS 7.9 I have two Radios connected by wire that never do this
but my wireless Touch in the next room over does it every couple hours.
