Good you sorted it out.
Just out of curiosity: are you using the beta package of LMS from the
package center (7.9), or version 7.7?
It is recommended to use the beta package.

OK It seems I must have installed the server software again and of
course it wanted me to setup music folders again, so I did.
DOH! So all I had to do was uninstall the LMS from PC and the duplicates
disappeared. I actually run LMS on my Synology NAS.

The title sums it up. During a time of 'reset by local host' issues I
reinstalled the software and LMS and set up new libraries. Then it all
sort of just worked again anyway I have now a library that doesnt
connect to anything or play anything but it is there on the main screen.
