There is plenty of activity in the forum but occasionally things get
missed.
Someone will probably have an idea about bringing a Touch back to life.
Power supply is a good thing to check first - be careful with rating

Your issue is unlikely related to EDO. More likely your network or
transcoding or LMS issue or ISP throttling. WiFi should not be
struggling with 192k.
As suggested by others, try the JB-Radio2 stream or find a 320k stream.

use Ethernet to the SBT
do you have any 192 files you can play back from your local server (not
stream).
Can you download a file from Qobuz and play that.
on the Settings>Audio page for the SBT try changing Streaming Method to
