a newer squeezebox ... but as long as one of the
players in the sync group is MSB compatible (the Touch) they will all
sync, and I can control the apps from the older player.

AAC streams, but the Touch will. If the stream is MP3, and sync
is off, both play independantly. When sync is turned on the SB2 keeps
playing, but the Touch stops playing and begins constantly buffering.

master is a very nice unintentional feature that I hope doesn't go
away.

7.6 is having issues with the Pandora app.
Running Pandora on the 7.6.0 (r8833) firmware, my Touch will freeze and
reboot after each song. I've tried connecting it directly to
mysqueezebox.com and doing a factory reset... still crashes.
Reverting to 7.5.0 fixes it.

and have it come out of screensaver or display
the 'powered-off' clock.
Wouldn't want it to switch the UI unless I actually touch it or use the
remote.
