about 15 secs the display lit up... :(

Hi,
Sometimes when I turn on my Touch device it is automatically turned off
after a couple of seconds. Also, sometimes after I turn it off it
automatically turns on after approx 15 seconds. Really annoying when
you're in a hurry.
Anyone recognizes these problems?
