[SlimDevices: Touch] Touch will not boot

wake it up. I had a quick go at pressing the reset button for 5 seconds just above the power socket, but this was also unresponsive. Any ideas to resolve would be appreciated. For Info: I use a Netgear Readynas to store the music.
