I have the exact same problem. The most frustrating part is that Spotify is working fine on my Squeezebox Radio where I've had no problems at all. The Squeezebox Touch, however, has had a LOT of problems getting music to start playing. Basically 80% of attempts to start a song fail.
Has anyone contacted Logitech about this and got a reply yet?
