How I do it. I have the the alarm set to 100% volume. The active speakers set so there is no volume at 20% from the touch. That gives me from 1 to 20 for in ear phone. Being doing this for years. Bit of a shock if the in ears stay in all night. Hope this makes sense Gary -- gary
