Yup - this issue crops up for me from time to time: the playing track
will prematurely skip to the next track.
I'm running Version: 7.5.4 - r32171 on OS X.

johnnydarko's
the Tranquility SE DAC
(wonderful!), but it is USB only. I heard NO pops and clicks when it
was fed USB by my SB Touch.

JohnnyDarko,
Thanks for the information.
It appears that the two DACs which worked for you were not
asynchronous, is that right?
Very strange that the HRT Streamer II+ seems to have worked for some,
but not for others (including you and me).

5) Thanks - I didn;t know that. I assume one needs to ssh into the
device to do this?
6) Have given mention to Linux - I perhaps incorrectly assumed that
PC implies Windows AND Linux. (I used Ubuntu as my platform of
choice for Slimserver for 3 or 4 years).

As your post has illustrated soulwalker, its benefits aren't just
technical and/or audible...they are BEHAVIOURAL. Put simply: The
Touch is an evolution of a revolution.
