A lot of people have fried their Touch and it is hard for me to
understand why Logitech did not put some protection circuit for
over-voltage.

are not getting power, they could probably repair it
if they had some kind of hardware documentation. Is there anyone that
have some service or repair documentation that one can use to fix
squeezebox?
