Andriod pads seems to be avaible in all kinds of prices and specs, opt
for one with decent cpu, if something is very very cheap there migth be
a reason for that.

the SBT become a
server when it streams music from an external HD on a PC using
Squeezebox software? Currently I have the Squeezebox SW installed on an
XP PC that points to a HD w/ music that I access on the SB3...

squeezebox can be confusing .
Do investigate the avaible phone or pad apps I you have one of those,
it makes the experience even better
I am going to look at Android apps may even spring for an Android
tablet if I can find a deal.
