Mine has a similar problem, but doesn't happen all the time.
I have a local squeezebox server running on my NAS, but point my Touch
to the Hosted Squeezebox server on the Internet.
I am using the Squeezebox Spotify app and have to completely exit and
restart the app to fix the problem.

or NAS?
If LMS, triodes 3rd party spotify plugin or the Logitech spotify app?
I don't use spotify, but what do you mean by spotify PREMIUM?
