Your issue is unlikely related to EDO. More likely your network or
transcoding or LMS issue or ISP throttling. WiFi should not be
struggling with 192k.

I have activated this plugin and DSF still does not work (even DSD64 as
dsf file).
DSD64 converted in wav works fine. DSD128 converted in wav also does not
work.
So everything above 192 kHz seems not to work.
I am pretty new to the DSD business in general, not only with respect to
the SB

RME has today released a new firmware for the ADI-2 DAC.
Now they are talking to each other via USB. :D
So far 192kHz/24bit are working.
DSF needs to be tested but I do not know how to pack these files into
DOP
If anybody has a tip. Much appreciated.

their forum and they offered to look into it!
As they had no SBT at hand, I borrowed them one of mine.
They managed to change the ADI-2 DAC firmware in that way that the SBT
recognizes the ADI as a DAC via USB and 44.1k works bu

Just trying to get my Squeezebox Touch via USB to my RME ADI-2 DAC.
EDO is installed on the Squeezebox, so something should come out at the
USB output.
When I plug the USB cable into the ADI-2 DAC the following is Shows
USB Sync. conn, SR 44.1, State 2/2 and there is nothing at bit.

I know early on the USB option for EDO required that the DAC remain on,
or a reboot would be required of EDO if DAC turned off. Is that still
the case, or has that issue been resolved? I know it is not an issue
with S/PDIF connection.

Presumably that's its own internal renderer. You sure it's not
resampling? My touch outputs 192/176.4/96/88/48/44 at 24 bit no problem
on the optical and coax.

It does it play directly from disc. It has USB input where I connected
disc with HiRes files. So it should work ...
It does play them on mine, so is it possible that your DAC simply
doesn't support that playback sample rate?

Does anybody has any idea why my SB Touch with installed EDO does play
24-192 and 24-96 but doesn't really play 24-88,2 ? The sound is
interrupted all the time in that case. My DAC, Bladelius Embla shows in
that case 44,1 although the fiels are 88,2. I am running LMS 7.8.0.on
MAC mini. The connect

First check if Ralphy's sourceforge URL (
