You mean just the digital out of the SBT w/ EDO is better than the
digital out quality with TT3.0 ? Today, I had an opportunity to do some
critical listening with my sy
IME SBT with EDO was a step up from SBT with TT3. Adding a AP2 with
PurePower was another step up again.

Something that I haven't tried to be honest, I went straight for the EDO
as I wanted to feed the signal to my DAC via

Hey fella's
Well I got it all working last night, once the SBT rebooted it saw the
AP2 +PP and the magic happened, and OMG, how much difference does the
battery pack make over the plain vanilla AP2, I can't believe that just
removing the dirty USB feed could have such an impact, I'm a very happy
Ah yes sorry guys, EDO is installed, I have actually been using a
standard AP2 borrowed from a friend and that has worked perfectly for a
couple of weeks playing 192kHz stuff, but as it's time to give it back I
bought my own but went the extra mile and got the Pure Power option just
assuming that

I haven't had time to get back and try again as I've been flat out, I

Hi,
I've currently got that setup working ( SBT(EDO) > AP2+PP > SPDIF-DAC)
and it really helps sound quality for me. Do you have EDO properly
installed and have you selected the AP2 from it's setup menu? When I
first got my AP+PP it didn't start because the power cord between the
two wasn't proper
I'm not really sure what you try to accomplish ?
Touch already have a perfectly fine spdiff output ( and toslink optical
too ).
Touch does not by default supports USB audio , you need to install
Triodes EDO applet this works with some (not all ) USB DAC's or other
USB adio devices .

I'm hoping that you guys can help me fix, I've just taken delivery of an
Audiophilleo 2 with the Pure Power battery option, I treated myself to
it after borrowing a standard AP2 that I was extremely impressed wi
