My book (very boring technical manual, and not a Harry Potter) earned
me £200 last year. Just enough to but a Touch. Should I?

1. Will a hard drive connected to a Touch by USB allow PCs on the
network read and write data to it?
2. Will the on board server run the iPlayer Plugin, or

Yes, you can do that, but it's pretty slow. And I'm not sure if the
internal server can handle streaming music and writing data to the
