Happened to me after I accidentally used external HDD 12V power supply.
Both power plugs look identical. Touch went up to be dead since it uses
only 5V.
Logitech helped though and replaced my toy.

With hope and expectation, I looked to see if the optical light was
flashing red, tried the reset option, touched the screen, glared at it
