I did not purchase it online, it was a couple of years ago now so I
think the particular model I have is no longer in stock. But if you
search for linear PSU I am sure you will find plenty of options. You
will just have to make sure that the PSU is able to deliver at least 3A
in 5V.

under the impression that this was different from the SB3 PSU. I am

The PSU's are different. Touch requires 3A @ 5V.
