I won't pay / wait another month for Napster to be fixed. I really miss
music on demand on my squeeze devices :(

Fair enough but Michael/Logitech have never said that this is an open
ended project (I've never managed an open ended project - how do you
manage and measure them??).

Michael, thanks for your help. I appreciate it very much. Unfortunately,
this does not work. Since I performed factory reset, I do not have a
network connection configured any more. The touch screen is still
responding, but I was not able to configure anything blindly.

I tried factory reset, volume up method, plus key method etc. without
success.
Boot sounds are still played, but the screen remains all white.
The problem started after the SB Touch crashed when playing a Napster
stream.

I do miss that functionality on my squeezebox devices...
Internet radio is fine, but choosing the artist and music style is
unbeatable.
When do you think we can use it again? And shall I get in touch with
Napster for some refund? Or is it more related to the squeezebo

Is there any update on this please?
Not really. We're investigating the issue, but haven't come to a
conclusion yet what might be causing the problem. Rhapsody/Napster say
that they saw correct requests from our end, and that these were served
successfully. Yet we fail somehow.

I'd also like to know whether there is some progress and whether we can
help somehow to make Napster/Rhapsody functional again...

Is there any update on this please? I have raised with Napster but their
wonderful customer support simply told me to ensure that I was running
the latest software and did not acknowledge the issue at all.

I am glad to read, that there is an Issue with the napster Software. I
wanted to add here, that I experience the issue with my Radio, but not
with my Boom nor the Duet. All are connected to mysqueezebox. The radio
crashes after trying to play a Napster song. I am using the boom and the
