If you have a Palm WebOS smartphone (Pre or Pixi family), the new Squeeze Control app works exceedingly well, at least with Squeezebox Server 7.5 and files streaming from a NAS. Not sure if it will work with files served off a local USB drive. -- sleepysurf main system: touch > benchmark dac

Maybe somebody can point out the real pro's for iPeng on iPhone/iTouch? Related to Squeezebox functionality...I understand it is also a phone, gaming device, etc. etc. I have a Logitech Harmony One as universal remote. Works fine with the Touch as long as you can see its screen and read it out. A

I use a Harmony 890 remote to control everything and the Touch remote programs nicely into it (and if you had Squeezebox Classic before Touch, you don't need to reprogram). I like iPeng, but do really miss the ability to click one of the number keys and get a letter when I"m searching> Squeezebox
