[SlimDevices: Touch] Touch and bbc listen again

thanks to a lot of help from a forum member i have now got the bbc R3 HD stream working on my touch.however,the listen again facility also came as part of the deal but when i try to use this all i get is a message saying connection reset by remote host bbc has anyone any idea why
