As I stated, I too have frequent power failures, and when the power
comes up, my system is not completely broken, but crippled. My touch

another interesting bit- on all my other squeezeboxen, the Hostname is
the name i've given the room in LMS. for both Touches, it's just
SqueezeboxTouch.

Exactly what I see with a Boom and Radio when I use Channel 6! Try
another make of AP on Ch1 or 11 in your bedroom.

Eero in the 2.4 MHz band uses Channels 1 and 6. No way to change that so
you could (if you have an Android phone) use WiFi Analyser or Wifiman to
do a spectrum scan and see which channels are being used on each AP.
Alternatively buy a LAN > Wifi adapter for the Radio.
I have an eero mesh network, and don't see a way to change the wifi
channel, which may be antithetical to mesh networks in any case.

It happened to me (on one of my Boom's) and despite many attempts I
could not get it to connect to Channel 6. Changed it to 1 or 11 and it
connected immediately. I have seen the same thing when first getting
Sonoff devices connected.
I am using Unifi AP's (x4) with the Unifi Controller and I

It shouldn't. This poster for some reason had problems with channel 6
and hypothesized that the TOUCH doesn't like channel 6, but there is
nothing inherently wrong with channel 6 on a TOUCH. One of my TOUCH
players is on Channel 6. (of

Check to see what channel your router is using. If it is Channel 6 try
changing it to 1 or 11 and reconnecting. It sounds as though your router
could be set to Auto for channel selection so after a power outage
reboot it selects what it thinks is the best channel and if that is 6 it
is likely

I've tried that at my last attempt :( No success.
Try rebooting the router after a power outage. It helps in getting my
SB Boom reconnected (which also requires a reboot). I really doubt your
Touch needs a Factory Reset to get reconnected if you reboot router &
Touch.
Hi!
I've searched the forum, but this issue does not seem to have been
covered.
I've never had my Touch connected via Ethernet cable. It's always been
wifi.
We sometimes have power outages here. When the power is restored, the
Touch goes into "can't find wired network, make sure blah blah
