I had the same problem. It was for me a bit confusing how to remove the Tidal service at ickstream.com. I logged in to Ickstream Cloud, removed Tidal service ... added Tital Service and now it seems to work again :)

I uninstalled the ickstream app in LMS, then reinstalled it. In ickstream settings it will not log into Tidal - I get to the login page, but after entering the login details and clicking go the web page sits there with the circling pointer and doesn't ever get to the logged in stage. Setting up
