Further debugging: /etc/init.d/networking just gets redirected through
/lib/lsb/init-functions.d/40-systemd. This gets closer to the problem:
networking.service - LSB: Raise network interfaces.
Loaded: loaded (/etc/init.d/networking)
Drop-In: /run/systemd/generator/networking.service.d
So for some reason your system configuration causes
/etc/init.d/networking to be run before the kernel detects eth0
(journalctl shows this quite nicely).

Not necessarily - there are two possible approaches here:
1. The screen never times out while on a call and not close to the ear. It only
dims about 50%. If phone dims wile held to ear, unlocking it will show user the
active call screen.
2. The screen never dims wile on a call via bluetooth

Tried that youtube use case in a krilin flashed with devel-proposed #59

I was able to resolve my VPN connection issue by deleting the connection and
re-configuring it in the Network Manager.
I thought it was a bug in either the Network Manager or openvpn because the

It's weird that checkboxes and switches have haptic feedback when
tapped, but buttons, sliders, navigation drawers, list items,
OptionSelectors, page stack items, and text fields don't. What's the
distinction?
