In my test system, ifup@.service actually never gets called, which is
why the hotplugging fails. (I. e. changing to --allow=auto doesn't work
either). "sudo systemctl start ifup@eth0.service" works (you then see
that it moves to active(exited) and ran the commands), but the BindsTo
=sys-subsystem-n
12% is when idle after a reboot and without any additional scopes other
than the default ones. It seems that adding custom scopes to the dash
makes the memory usage grow significantly.

re-configuring it in the Network Manager.
I thought it was a bug in either the Network Manager or openvpn because the

Not necessarily - there are two possible approaches here:
1. The screen never times out while on a call and not close to the ear. It only
dims about 50%. If phone dims wile held to ear, unlocking it will show user the
active call screen.
2. The screen never dims wile on a call via bluetooth devi
I've not seen this issue again recently.
