I'd gladly try to manually install this cyrus-sasl2
2.1.25.dfsg1-3ubuntu0.1 , but where can I find it?
Any other idea how to look for this configuration issue?

haha I thought I was going mad! No worries though.
So here is what was logged when my U1 account gets added to online

always looks like my account gets created ok.
