it's an intermittent error meaning it only occurs on rare occasions on the

I am rather sure it's pam or apparmor who is the issue here though. I received

I've just seen this on Ubuntu 16.04 on an EeePC and in one start up
configuration it always happens and autologin always fails.
It seems to be highly dependent on what else is happening as lightdm is

Root filesystem does not have errors. debsums does not report any changes of
system components.

I‘ve updated my home-made NAS from wily to xenial and it stopped
booting.
Selecting the 4.2 kernel on the grub menu makes it work again.
The working kernel is 4.2.0-35-generic
The failing kernel is 4.4.0-21-generic.
When the booting sequence freezes, I can have a terminal
I have tried another configuration. This time, only the ASUS is active.
And on "wake up", the laptop screen activates before the OS realizes
that "oh no, this is not it, in fact only the other screen is active".

Hi !
I did an update, upgrade from 14.04 LTS to 16.04 LTS... And from this I don't
have sound no more...
It has happen yet before, but I don't konw why...
I had to reinstall the system completly, but now I don't want...
So, is there a solution to get the sound back please ?
I have this problem too. I also had the problem of the WiFi not working
in Unity, I would enter the WiFi password and nothing happened. After I
installed Gnome desktop, which I use, I was able to enter the WiFi
password by clicking on the WiFi icon, opening Wi-Fi Settings, next to
my hub was a conf
Experienced the same problem when upgrading from 15.10. Had to do apt-
get install -f systemd to force the upgrade from 225-1ubuntu9.1 to
229-4ubuntu4 (of systemd and systemd-sysv).

For features we already know about (I think I
llvm-3.8 misdetects skylake features, this is fixed in 3.9-snapshot..

I thought that all the logic in
src/gallium/auxiliary/gallivm/lp_bld_misc.cpp for setting +/-foo mattrs
would save us from this sort of grief.

When I attempt to connect my Jaybird Bluebuds X to Ubuntu 16.04
pulseaudio crashes, this does *NOT* happen with a Jambox which leads me
to believe it's an intermittent problem with some hardware. This did not
happen on Ubuntu 15.10 (which was an upgrade of 15.04).

I have recently found that on Ubuntu 16.04 (in a 64-bit VirtualBox VM)
that the webbrowser-app application does not start when launched from
the launcher (it flashes for a little bit but then stops and does
nothing else). If I however try to launch it from Terminal I get:
