Flash the OTA-10 image first and set up wifi in OTA-10 which works. Then when
you upgrade to OTA-11 over the air for real, the wifi config will continue
working in OTA-11.
So the problem is just that a raw phone shipped with OTA-11 can't

Dash restarts when refresh
@awe, i think the time has come to start looking at this. It has been
raised by every QA team that has reviewed Ubuntu phone devices.
Does it make sense to use this bug still, or start from fresh?
Perhaps obviously, we may only be able to deliver this on systems which
supply the necessary events
Ensure that unity-control-center is updated in your machine too. There's
a SRU for that too.
Also, the lowgfx setting in CCSM isn't enough for doing a full testing.
You can also force it by running
COMPIZ_CONFIG_PROFILE=ubuntu-lowgfx compiz --replace

When sliding by mistake the answer dialog, by touching first the area
outside the rectangle with "< >" on it, will make the whole answering
dialog disappear, so the call can't be answered anymore. The phone still
continues to ring.

to this which has been shared upstream. There is a fix from our upstream
that is currently in rc-proposed from upstream that will be rolled out
as part of the OTA12 update that is meant to help address this issue.

I would modify base::GetShmemTempDir() to lookup a path via
base::PathService and then have Oxide override this. You'll need to add
a new key in base/base_paths_posix.h as well.
