I haven't verified this yet, but it looks from the XOrg log like these
systems are booting into dual head (with the SVideo out on head 2),
2128x800 total. That width over 2048 is probably what's causing the
problem. I did "lose the mouse" on one, and suspected a "phantom head."

faulty HDMI port is the one with a capped resolution.
I experienced a similar issue recently. In my case it was a poor
connection on the HDMI plug limiting the available resolutions. The fix
for me was to plug in a fresh HDMI cab

I forgot to mention that I am the author of the TexMaths extension. Of
course, during my testing there was no other extension installed. The
bug occurs in 5.1.x and 5.2.x versions of LibreOffice. I used a fresh
Ubuntu 16.04.1 install for the test, but the bug appears in various
Ubuntu flavours
While keeping the Xenial HWE stack on Ubuntu Trusty (14.04), I tried
various installed HWE kernels.
It seems it really broke with the Wily kernel (4.2.0.42.34). The Vivid
kernel (3.19.0.74.56) has survived multiple resume cycles, while Wily
instantly created the problem.

where it disables ureadahead per bug 499520.
curtin has no interaction with ureadahead.
ureadahead gets invoked via dpkg triggers. I'm not exactly sure what it
triggers off of. likely one of the packages installed or updated

I have the same issue since updating to 16.04 :(
I have found a consistent way to get A2DP profile working - but it has
to be done on every reconnect :(
I switch to HSP/HFP - and sound works. Then I stop ALL sound.. and
disconnect bluetoothe device, reconnects bluetoothe device, and then

This doesn't work in webbrowser-app either.
When tapping a file to download it, a POST request is sent, but the
webview never gets the download request. Here is what I get with the
inspector for the POST request (for a file named "pdf.pdf"):

This is just a display problem - a snapshot is correct, so it really
looks like a radeon driver problem, instead of an xorg problem.
The wrong colors are always different, so every cycle produces a
different result. For a photo as background it almost looks like modern
art ;-)
