Bionic. It can be resolved in bluez 5.49 version from below commit.

Usually, I see the login page, I put my password and then it's 50:50
chance that it will crash. If it crashes, there's a brief flash in
screen and then it goes black. I cannot fire up tty with ctrl+alt+[1-7].
Ideally, we'd want to bisect and fix the kernel itself to reliably
shutdown. yanking ahci sounds like a large hammer. Invalidating systemd
task, and pinging kernely people.

Current version of qtwebkit5-doc-html package doesn't contains
qtwebkit.tags file which leads to incomplete doxygen documentation
generation for external projects (kdewebkit for example).
This can fixed with small patch (see attachment). I test it on my 18.04
