The wifi is connected and working correctly when powered on, however
when I close the laptop lid, which I think puts it to sleep, and then
reopen it, it says it's connected according to the icon but this is not
true.
A workaround is turning on Airplane mode and then switching
extra info:
Audacity is able to access the microphone as "sysdefault: Mic:0" using
ALSA (see screenshot)
yet the default mic is not accessible in the Sound system setting in the Input
tab.

I added `options snd-hda-intel dmic_detect=0`
at the end of /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
and after restarting the laptop I can now use the headphones and speakers.
Although I managed to fix this,
- could this be resolved for other users?

Properly let PCM leave suspended state when hardware
This might be more of an issue with handing sound devices being added
and removed that being bluetooth specific. Last week I experienced the
same behavior when plugging in my USB headphones. Removing them and
plugging them in again worked though. I haven't been able to reproduce

After using a plain arch linux system, I now use a manjaro installation.
I could pair AND connect my Amazon Echo perfectly fine on the arch
installation. I could listen to music on there and everything was good.
