Yeah, it's easier to install the deb on 20.04 now than it was when I
made the 'experiment'. The explanation is the package python-is-python2
which was added to 20.04 right before the release.
But they should still port atom to python3 - python2 is obsolete and
will soon disappear from the Ubuntu a
